My apologies for the not so sweet topic for my next blog posts. For my next two posts, I am going to share my experience with pooping (My son already giggled at that). While pooping is an important health topic, it is not the most enticing, so I will keep this short. This week’s post will be about the Squatty Potty, a device that claims to be “The #1 way to go #2.”
I enjoy being a morning pooper. After getting up on a typical morning, I do a few stretches, then need to make a quick trip to the bathroom (In two weeks I will address my belief in why I am so regular with this routine). For now, we will just stick to business (pun intended). Once in the bathroom, the Squatty Potty help my business get taken care of quickly and effectively. Then during my morning workouts, there is no fear of stomach issues since everything has been cleared out.
With summer upon us, think back to a time when you had a kink in the garden hose you were using. It made it difficult to water plants. Your colon is like that garden hose. Sitting on a regular toilet kinks your colon. Using the Squatty Potty, your feet and knees raise up to unkink your colon.
Again, I know this is not a marvelous topic to post about. The intent of our blog is to share things that worked for us. In two weeks, I will have a longer post about something that keeps my gut healthy and regular. For now, just a short post on a way to keep your business time in the bathroom short and effective using a device with pretty great name…speaking from experience.
